I’m so pleased it was a beautiful Spring day for Claire and Martin especially as they had to postpone their wedding four times due to the pandemic!
They celebrated with the most gorgeous locally grown seasonal flowers in peach, white and a touch of blue.

Claire’s bouquet was a pretty gathering of Amelanchier blossom, Eucalyptus, peach and white Ranunculus, white Anemones, Narcissi and I added just a sprinkling of Forget me nots into my signature relaxed country garden gathered style.

For Martin’s buttonhole I gathered up some small springs of Eucalyptus, white Ranunculus, white Muscari and a dried blue Echinops. These are really popular with the guys so I always make sure to pick as many as possible and dry them to use all year round.
The Ballroom at Hoar Cross Hall is just stunning, the architecture and elegance of the room creates an amazing atmosphere. Claire and Martin chose Cathy from Boelle Events to plan and style their wedding https://www.boelleevents.co.uk
I love working with Cathy and we created a beautiful ceremony area with wild flower meadow style arrangements on white stands and placed bud vases of flowers on the table.

These arrangements are created with gorgeous seasonal flowers and foliage to give a light and airy wild meadow inspired style. After the ceremony they were repurposed to decorate the dining tables.

These arrangements would also look gorgeous in a marquee or a sailcloth (any space with high ceilings) and so versatile as they can be used as floor standing arrangements too at the entrance, so you get more value from your flowers.

We supplied dried flower petal confetti which was dried here at The Flower Patch. Please always use a natural petal or biodegradable confetti, the foil and plastic confetti is harmful to the wildlife and our planet.

If you love the idea of having seasonal locally grown flowers in a garden gathered style for your wedding then please get in touch.
