Orders and Payment
Payments are taken when you place your order and you receive a confirmation email.
We only post to destinations in mainland UK using Royal Mail – We are not responsible for delays to delivery times caused by circumstances beyond our control eg. industrial disputes.
We do not operate a returns policy unless the dried flowers and packaging have been damaged in transit. Please notify us of damaged items immediately providing photographs and we will contact you to discuss next steps.
We will replace items that are clearly damaged unless stock is sold out in which case we will give a full refund.
If you are unhappy with our products in any way please let us know using the forms on our contacts page. Complaints should be made within 14 days of the despatch date.
Missing Goods/Packing Mistakes
All orders are packed with care but mistakes can happen. When we make mistakes we will accept responsibility and refund or replace the item.
Whilst we will use our best endeavours to ensure that our online site is operational and error free we accept no responsibility or liability for losses as a result of any errors or interruptions in the online service which are due to circumstances beyond our control however your statutory rights remain unaffected.
We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions relating to our online site/service from time to time. Additionally we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the online site/service for any reason at any time.
Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in England and subject English law.
Please note that our products may contain sharp materials and are not edible so care should be taken when handling. Please keep our products away from young children and pets.
